Clearance Delivery under VFR

Kieth; You mentioned contacting clearance delivery for airports in Bravo airspace when flying VFR. So if I am on the ground at such an airport, I need to call CD for a VFR clearance? Or is calling ground and tower going to satisfy that? I am still a little fuzzy about abc airspace as it is new by my standards (used to be TRSAs and ARSAs and Stage III airports.)

Yep, call CD at a Bravo. We discussed that at the start of the thread.
