Hi All,
I'm contemplating a flight from CA97 to KSNA, and it looks like the Tandy Four arrival will serve as a way to go from FIM to the SLI VOR. I'm wondering about the various intersections along the way. Is using GPS direct routing to each intersection in sequence reasonable as an alternative to tracking via the VOR radials listed? Since I can't see the OBS very well, figuring out when I'm at an intersection is problematic.
I'm actually rather happy with the textual description of this STAR. If I could figure out a way to tell when the two radials intersected, I'd feel pretty confident flying this without GPS at all.
Thanks for any thoughts

GPS routing to each fix is perfectly fine and legal!

Thanks for the confirmation. I assumed it was probably okay, but figured I would ask to be sure.
