Possible fix for the pop up PE comm window not showing

I use P3Dv3.4 and had an issue like others with the the small Comm and transponder window not always showing up when starting PE. Usually I start PE prior to P3D via FlyInside and only connect after I have the sim up and running. What I discovered was that if I start PE (meaning double click on the shortcut) after I have the sim up and running I get the small window for comms and transponder. Anyone having an issue with not getting the small window, perhaps try starting PE after you have the sim up and running.

I always start PE last and I never see the panel.
Makes Identing very awkward.
Wish someone would fix this - when time allows!

Last in after you started FS (but before the app launches allowing you to set up the flight) or last in after FS has loaded with the plane parked and ready for you to start your flight?

Well that blows that theory but it works for me. 5 for 5 now.
