What does the + - sign next to certain obstacles denote on FAA approach plates (image attached)? Not sure how I have never noticed (or maybe I've just been glancing over them and treating them as normal MSL altitudes for obstructions), but for some reason it just popped out at me today. Went through the legend and Googled away, but can't seem to find an answer.
Thanks!

Re: Plus/minus sign on planview
You might find this website useful - check the 'TPP Symbols' section : https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_ ... ero_guide/
The +/- symbol would appear to indicate 'Doubtful accuracy'
