Here is the FSPax flight report
Flight ID: GLA589
Flight Type: Normal
Pilot: Nathan Palmer
Company: Great Lakes Airways
Aircraft: PMDG Jetstream 41 Great Lakes Express
Flight Date: April 06 2017
Departure: 19h01 (02h02 GMT)
Arrival: 20h00 (03h00 GMT)
From: KSEZ - Sedona - United States
To: KPHX - Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl - United States
Nbr of Passengers: 5

Incident Report:

One engine developed a problem, at first only a slight loss of power was noticeable with oil temperature rising. The solution in such cases can be to lower the power slightly down to the point where the oil temperature stabilizes, however this was not done resulting in complete engine failure. There was an exceptional pilot on board and despite the dire situation he was able to land the aircraft safely. The Captain has also declared an emergency before landing.
