Is there a publication somewhere where I can search the TEC routes for this area of service. MyFlightRoute has TEC Routing for the ZLA but nothing for the Oakland area. Today's Flight from KMHR to KHAF in a Turbo Prop ( PAY2 ) was ( SAC V334 SUNOL / ALTITUDE FL 7000 ) This was also a West bound Flight. So my other question is, can TEC Routes differ from Normal altitude per Direction of flight differ? I guess so, since this was my top assigned altitude for the direction of travel.. West bound flight at 7000. I originally filed 10,000. But that was merely a guess.

Yes TEC routes often differ from the East odd, west even rule. The TEC routes can be found in the Airport Facility Directory https://aeronav.faa.gov/Upload_313-d/su ... 190620.pdf
