How to request power-off 180

Hello all!
I was hoping to work on some power-off 180 landings when having the chance, and I was wondering what is the appropriate way to ask the tower?
I assume most controllers know what a power-off 180 is, but maybe not all, so I was wondering if there is a specific way to request the ability to practice that.
