Some Patches for users of ORBX FTX SCA Scenery

Have done a few patches for some of the ORBX FTX Southern Caifornia Scenery Airports, anyone trying to do certain approaches
into these airport may find with these installed they are able to do them correctly now.
The airports below are the only ones I have found so far.

Fixes to existing Airports Prepar3Dv4
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
KCRQ - Palomar - added DME to LOC/DME Rwy24 Approach
KMYF - Montgomery - corrected error to ILS or LOC/DME Approach Rwy28R
also fixed error in runway start positions
KSEE - Gillespie Field - added DME to LOC-D Approach
KVCV - Victorville - change VCV vor freq to 109.05

Installation

Before installing these files be sure to backup the existing files, in case you need them in future.
Copy any or all of the above files from the zip file into directory below :
..\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_NA_SCA05_SCENERY\scenery\
Merv
into these airport may find with these installed they are able to do them correctly now.
