odd issue

So I have a friend that has a odd issue. He is using PixelWix warping software which works well and everything runs as normal. Then he connects to Pilot Edge and after a few minutes P3D v4.1 closes. It happens in windows 10 and 7. Anyone using PixelWix for a 180 view and Pilot Edge, maybe some setting is not set. He also uses the 737/800 plane package but any plane does the same thing
