PE Sound fading fixed

So I am been fighting this for a while and found the problem. What was happening is ATC would be talking and then the voice would be reduced so much I barely hear it. In Windows Sound settings there is a TAB called communications. The default setting I guess is reduce sound 80% from other sounds. When I turned that off the problem went away. The feature is design to reduce PC sounds in like a phone rings. Anyway just sharing what I found
