My leg KMYF to KNYL shows from Ramona insted departure

PEAware shows the correct route flown but the filed route shows as Ramona. So I might had filed wrong right?
I also notice that KNYL and DANAH int (for another route flown yesterday) does not show on my Cessna 172 GPS direct to database on FSX.
But I was able to find KNYL visually with the help of YUMA controller.

Yuma International has KYUM as its code in FSX.
