For runway 11 you might hear:
"Cleared to Palomar Airport, fly runway heading, vectors Seal Beach VOR, V64 V363 DANAH V23 Oceanside VOR, direct. Maintain 3000, expect 5000 5 minutes after departure. Departure frequency 127.20, squawk 4231."

TOA is a unique airport, the routings and departure frequency that are used from there are dependent upon the runway in use and even the runway configurations at nearby John Wayne Airport.

Here are the TEC routes from TOA to CRQ. Notice that they not only vary by aircraft type, but departure runway, and as mentioned above, the SNA runway configuration: http://myflightroute.com/tecsub.php?start=KTOA&end=KCRQ

The program contains 7 IFR clearances. Is there something you'd like me to cover that isn't included by the range of clearances already provided in the program?
