Paine Field added to Western US

I'm looking at moving my home airport from KTIW to KOLM or KPAE. Does this mean that KPAE is a towered coverage now like KOLM?

Prior to this announcement, it was considered non-towered, like every other airport that isn't considered to be towered. We wouldn't announce an airport being added to the network as non-towered as they're already all there :)
