Hours of operation changed (daylight savings)

PilotEdge offers ATC service from 8am-11pm pacific time. The equivalent UTC time for these hours changes based on Daylight Savings.

Since the west coast observes DST, as of today, Mar 11, the effective hours of ATC operation are now 1500-0600z.
