Server Outage 01-11-2017, 0810PT

The PilotEdge server is currently down due to technical difficulties. We anticipate the server will be up at within the hour. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Minor clarification on this.

The "server" that you connect to is up so you can connect to the network, however the voice server that allows everyone to talk is not. We are actively working to resolve this.

All services have been restored.

Quick background, the voice server used to be restarted on a weekly basis due to a resource exhaustion issue. Prior to the expansion launch, we redistributed some of the services and had reasoned that restarts would no longer be needed on that machine. That is apparently not the case.

The machine was restarted and service was restored. We will go back to a weekly restart schedule so this should no longer be an issue.

Apologies for the voice outage this morning.
