100% agree.

I was online on the ground at the time and it was getting very busy and the lady controller managed very well.

It was at that point I decided to transfer my flight out to Aspen in the expansion area where there was Marcus, me, 2 or 3 other flights and a few birds! :D

I've found the controllers to be excellent. Whenever I've heard them correct someone, including myself, they couldn't have been more professional. There have been times when they bordered on being overwhelmed. However I was always amazed at their ability to juggle everything without jumping out a window. There is always the issue of stepping on each other. Most times its due to the impatience of the pilot. But sometimes its unavoidable as you can't hear the other pilots talking as you would in the real world.
