Is there a way to increase incoming ATC volume?

Hi everyone, I am using the downloaded pilot edge software for FSX but the aircraft volume is louder than incoming ATC. I am flying the PMDG 737NG i have lowered the volume in the FMC settings and also FSX with very little effect, any ideas?

PilotEdge runs as a separate app, so you can use the Windows mixer to adjust the sim volume separate to ATC volume.

Once you have both FSX and the PE Client running, left click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, then left click on the speaker "Mixer", that will pop up a dialogue box which you can individually adjust the sound for each program running, once set this will be remembered during every session.
