Pilotedge Online Map

Post by RogerW »

First. As the new guy on the block, so to speak, I'm certainly not here to 'rock the boat'. PE is awesome! This is simply a suggestion of sorts.

The online map is a very much useful tool, both when flying and when just listening. (I do that a lot)
To the developer(s) of that webpage: [idea] Any chance the "Pilot List" could be shortened up a hair to uncover the +/- zoom buttons? [/idea]
It would be a really nice convenience to some of us. :)

You're right, when the list gets long enough, it obscures the zoom buttons. I never noticed because I simply use the scroll wheel on the mouse to zoom. I'll see if anything can be done about this.

True, I checked it out right after my first reply and noticed the background wrapper covers 100% of the height no matter what the size of the pilot list. I have reduced it to 80% but the zoom buttons are still inop despite not being obscured. I need to look further into why that is. For now...scroll wheel zoom is your friend.

You might be able to use two fingers side by side and drag up or down on the pad to zoom in and out. That is how it works on my Chromebook.

Your Laptop might behave differently.
