How to connect the first time

Hello guys, Im completely new to pilot edge and any online option, I cannot get this to work for my first flight, can anyone guide me? I tried multiple things but no help, thanks in advance.

Have you followed the instructions on the
install page? Look under step 2 at the second window.

I keep trying but I cannot figure out how to set the headset, is a simple logitech headset nothing fancy with usb so no idea why all this

When i installed Win 10 updated to 1903. It messed up some mic add ons i have, like OBS & TS etc.. i had to reselect the sound source. I would make sure all your sound drivers are up to date. And backup your current OS before updating to 1903.
