Hey all, I was bored with Mathematica so I decided to calculate the shortest path that will allow you to visit every public airport in the PilotEdge ZLA area. Not sure if anyone has considered doing this, but if you have, here's the best way to do it over the shortest distance:

Awesome job! If there is sufficient interest, I could look into adding this to MyFlightRoute as an additional challenge (similar to the Alphabet Challenges).

A minor point in regard to "public" airports. The FAA categorizes airports both by "ownership" and "usage".

54AZ - is listed as Publicly owned but Private usage. I suspect that the ownership is incorrect as the owner is a family trust.
3 additional airports (1L3, 74P, L41) are listed as Private ownership but they are open to the Public
