When the real world intervenes

Had a brief search but couldn't find anything on this...

Occasionally when flying on the network, the real world encroaches and we need to step away for a minute or two. In VATSIM you'd drop a private message to the controller to request.

What is the procedure on PilotEdge? I understand that to preserve the realism as much as possible it is not ideal if people leave their virtual cockpits but in the event this is necessary what to do?

No problem at all. Happens all the time, just let us know you need to step away for xxx minutes on frequency. We are happy to accommodate.
