Hi,

I am running X Plane 11 and using a David Clark headset.

I did talk to pilotedge ATC today and was told that my mic was way too loud. Having tested the sound using com1 and com2 at 123.45, I was able to hear a distinct echo.
Adjusting the "master" in the sound control menu of X plane did not help to get rid of the echo.

Can someone point to a solution?

Are you sure your sound device is set properly in the pilotedge plugin preferences? Seems like you may have a webcam/built in mic selected instead of the DC’s.
