Robin Peel Nav Data Update

Post by Steven Winslow »

Received this in my e-mail this morning. If you haven't taken the I-11 ZLA rating ride, make sure to add in the KSGU OZN VOR data (found in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=156 ) after you update your data:

New data is now available for X-Plane. This is data cycle 2011.11 valid
from 20-Oct-2011 to 17-Nov-2011.

This is a major update with over 900 revised airports. It includes a
complete overhaul of airports in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Australia and
Ghana. There are many other updates, too, that will be the foundation for
the generation of new global scenery for the imminent release of X-Plane
version 10.

These files will work under Windows, Mac OS or Linux. If you wait until the
next incremental release of X-Plane 9, then this data will be installed
automatically if you use the "X-Plane Updater" - this avoids the need to
download my files and install the files into the correct folders! But, if
you want the new data immediately, then download my files and install them
into the appropriate folders (instructions are on my website).

As always, data for X-Plane 9 and also for X-Plane 8.61-8.64 are available
from my website at:

http://data.x-plane.com

Please join me in thanking those who keep contributing to the X-Plane
database. Helpful feedback is always appreciated.
