- fixed voice server in the P3D build

- removed dependency on working directory being correctly set by link in Start Menu (only effect FSX/FS2004 users who upgraded from old version)

- added support for P3D v2.2
- installer only installs shortcuts for selected sims (no more FS2004 shortcut if you didn’t ask for it)
- change default aircraft for P3D (BE36), and FSX (C172), no more reference to hard coded aircraft title in registry
- P3D-specific model mapping files (.SMD extension)
- add ability to select output device
- detects case of no headset on startup
- now uses DEFAULT COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE for playback/recording if one is present, otherwise uses the DEFAULT DEVICE.
- added IDENT
- fixed FSUIPC offsets for transponder manipulation
- updated equipment suffixes
- updated aircraft list
- removed voice/text settings in flight plan filing
