PESoftware on Homecockpit

Post by Uwe Kaffka »

Hey Guys,

I`m sorry if the follwing questions is allready answered here somewhere.

We are using a Homcockpit build of 2 PCs (5 screens for landscape, 2 screens for the cockpit + buttons and switches etc.). FSX is running on each PC. The PCs are connected via the FSX Multiplayer (shared cockpit).

Does PE SquawkBox will work on these configuration and if yes, how I`ve to install it?

Greetings Uwe

Assuming I'm understanding your configuration, then yes -- PE will work. Whichever PC is your 'master' (probably one of the PC's you run your panels on) is where you install the PE client. There is nothing special about the installation -- PE won't know (and doesn't need to know) anything about your 'slave' PCs.

I've been running a networked system (originally with 6 PCs, now down to 3 thanks to Prepar3D) from the first days I joined PilotEdge and it works perfectly.
