Xplane & PE crashing

Post by CaptainBurd »

Howdy,
Im a new pilot to pilot edge working on my CAT Rating 1. I have attempted this flight 4 times only to have Xplane And Pilot edge crash, when I am over the mountains about to descend into New Cuyama. I monitor my pc and all temps are fine so i know its not overheating. I don't understand why it crashes in the same spot every time. :?: Thanks

What does the xplane log file say?

Make sure you have your xplane AI traffic turned off. That seems to be something that causes people some problems.

Pardon me for not knowing, What is the log file?
I will double check the AI, would that cause it to stop at the same place every time?

In your main xplane folder, you'll find a text file named "log". You need to wait for the crash to happen again and then go check that file. That'll tell you exactly what happened.

is that the full log? The last few lines are the most important but I see nothing wrong here.
