We're demoing for a jet manufacturer and a large contingent from the FAA this morning. We're doing a flight from PSP, returning to PSP for pattern work if anyone is interested in joining. We'll be opening the network at 7am (one hour early) to accommodate this. We should be online at around 7:15am PST (around 45 mins from the time of this post), using callsign N617GS.

Re: [Wed Nov 28, 7:15am PST] FAA demo
It was awesome, thanks Mark. The formal demo was over by the time you flew, but a few people were still hanging around, and they were still capturing video and audio, so we did a VFR flight down towards the Thermal VOR to get a view of the B1's and F18's on the military training routes around there, then headed back to PSP. We saw you on the ground at Thermal while we were heading out and back, and heard you call for clearance, it was great. We also saw you land as we were clearing the runway.
The demo was pretty early and we didn't give much notice, so I wasn't expecting many pilots, but we got a few towards the end and a lot of people's faces lit up as they had the "ah hah' moment, realizing that this really was a shared environment.
