Brett, unless you're planning to make this flight in a parallel universe, you might have meant Thursday January 31st (not Feb 1st)...?

Btw, this might come in handy.

I think I will fly this one IFR this week, as for whatever reason I'm in to flying IFR lately. (Something do with being vectored to the ILS and popping out of the clouds perfectly in glideslope just gives me a happy feeling.) lol

IFR sounds appealing this round to me too! I had so much fun passing my I-1 tonight, now I'm rarin' to go so I can actually practice direct vectoring! If all goes well, I should make the destination! ;)

Isn't that where you leave your brain on the ramp and let ATC do all the navigation for you ? (yes, I'm joking.... kinda....)

Victoria, the ball's in your court............. :o

I have been practicing asking the controller for Tower Enroute, and then figuring out the route they give me. It's a lot of fun.

More fun when turning off all moving maps as well. I have shut off the GPS updates to ForeFlight so I can't look even if I want to and just rely on my instruments. Instrument flying is oddly addictive. (at least to me.)

This is probably what I will do for this flight as well. :)

Hope to see you all there! (and hope to see you all at the Workshop tonight!)
