Fly with me. MEL training using smart copilot

Post by JasonProctor »

I just finished with my IFR rating and want to start prepping for my Multi Engine.

I'm looking for someone that would be willing to show me the ropes in a twin. I recently got set up with the smart copilot and think it's an amazing tool for virtual CFI opportunity.

So if you are willing to teach I would purchase the plug in for you.

I'm on the west coast Oakland area my schedule is somewhat flexible
PM me if your interested.

If you hold a PPL SEL or MEL and would like to share real world flights let me know. I own a Grumman AA5A based at KSJC.

Cheers

You're right, it is an amazing opportunity for a virtual CFI to get things done. I was recently taught the basics of how to fly a helicopter, it was an amazing opportunity. This is an area we intend to explore with PE on a more formal basis, bringing together CFI's and clients in the virtual airspace. I would offer to help, but I think you'd be best served by someone with a MEL given your goal is to start prepping for multi.
