There are too many oceanic documents out there to count, but from Guidance and Information Material Concerning Air Navigation in the North Atlantic Region (NAT 001 7th ED), there is the following:
1.9 Use of an Air-to-Air Frequency

1.1.22

The VHF emergency frequency 121.5 is not authorized for routine use; however frequency 123.45 MHz (formerly 131.8 MHz[Note by PE: Those who recognize this frequency, will know that on VATSIM Shanwick Radio uses it as primary. I believe the reason that that's their frequency(Besides frequency congestion), is because this was still the air-to-air at the time of setting up of SATCO/VATSIM.]) has been designated for use as the air-to-air communication channel in the NAT and all other ICAO Regions.

Here is a link for the scenery for L52 - Oceano County. This scenery was made by Andrew Cook of Air Northwest Virtual Airlines and is solely for the use of PilotEdge pilots. Please do not post it anywhere else. Thank you!

Steve,

Thanks for posting that. Just so you know, this forum is viewable to the general public, though.

Another great time on PE this evening, this time with group flight with Steve on 123.45 and CTAF without ATC but still felt like in real life. We had to watch out for the drones. :D
Thank you Keith, Alex and Steve for help and scenery.
Stev, I already downloaded L52 scenery ... you can delete the link... :D :D :D :D :D just kidding, of course.

Steve and AJ, if you're interested: http://keith.tristesse.com/object/zlae2_day2.html

There's a video on there from a couple of years back of two planes coordinating on CTAF and 122.75 for a group flight from N07 to 44N. Amazingly, we were able to coordinate everything without a TeamSpeak server ;)

Thank you Keith. I will watch all tomorrow, have a cold and need to rest now.
I would have get there anyway ( I am "flying" your flights little by little) but since it refers to 123.45 , I need to watch it asap. Thank you again. :D

I just flew from Lincoln Park to Sky Acres just like per your flight log, Keith.
Used 2 VORTACs , one for radial toward Hudson river and the other as descending point toward 44N.
I did not have anybody to fly with me but it felt so real, I followed the rules strictly.
I wish PE was covering NY area. :)
