Stuck at Sending Login Info?

I had a catastraphic graphics failure and had to restart fs. I restarted FSX and the PE client with no issue, but the radio box never popped up, and Center never recognized a changed freq. Now I am stuck at the "Sending Login Info" portion of the client. I've restarted my pc with no fix. Any ideas?

Make sure the sim is fully running (ie, parked on the ramp, and not paused) before attempting to connect with the PE client. Also make sure you disable the "pause on task switch" setting in the General Settings.

Keith, I tried that a few times. Actually had to uninstall twice to fix it. The first time, I didn't go in and manually delete the random files left in the PE folder. It just connected. But I just got it. Thanks! Walt.
