Hi,

I have signed up but Pilotedge is saying I already have an account and will not let me connect. I have tried every combination of resetting passwords etc... but cant get past this point. A friend who used his own login on my computer has successfully logged in... maybe this is the issue. Any help?

Yes, I'll take care of it for you. The community isn't going to be able to assist you with this. Resetting passwords won't help as that's not the cause of the issue. The root cause is that you're running a trial on a machine which has already connected to another trial account. We have safeguards against that (which you've just run into), but we can make exceptions for legitimate use. I'll take care of this for you in a few minutes.
