server relocation complete

The voice and data server have been moved to their permanent home on a dedicated, private box at a hosting facility with a solid track record (our CTO, Tim, has been running a high traffic web site for several years there).

The drones are also operating from the same machine, so we won't lose them in the event of a connection issue over at the office.

The only infrastructure remaining in the office is the voice recording software, the controller intranet and the Pilot Training system. I'll going to see if I can move the voice recorders today.
