Alabeo Cessna C188 AGTruck

Post by Steven Winslow »

Ever get a hankering to do a little crop dusting? Alabeo just released their Cessna C188 AGTruck for X-Plane and she's a beauty! The spray effects are crazy cool! I've had some fun beta testing her and with her release I'm tempted to jump onto PE and do some ag flights around those SoCal farms. You can fly her with or without spray equipment.

That thing looks like a blast, I may have to pick one up.

How is it to fly? Looks like it would be very twitchy, as small and light as it is.

Funny thing....not twitchy at all, especially with a load of spray. I was expecting handling like the Waco or the Pitts, but she's actually quite stable. She really is a blast to fly and at just under $20 she's a good value. Definitely not a cross country bird, but she's a nice one to fly for a change of pace.
