Going Metro - old school

Post by twharrell »

Let me start off by saying that anyone who is a fan of turboprops and likes navigating the old fashioned way, the Razbam Metroliner III is worth keeping on your flight line. Razbam will be releasing this beauty Dec. 20th, so go get it! I've been flying the beta version the past few weeks and this is officially my new favorite toy. Several metro pilots have said Razbam has done a great job with this aircraft.
Tonight, I just completed a 1 hour night cargo run from KSFO to KBUR on P3Dv2. All Pilot Edge controllers have been very patient with me as I have been learning the quirks of this airplane (and it has a few - not bugs, I mean Metro quirks) AND P3Dv2. So, thank you to Marcus and the rest of you I don't yet know by name.

Here's me holding in SanFran, waiting for my clearance from Marcus to launch on 28R:

A little night time cruising, making contrails:

And I have to post a pic of the office (I just love steam gauges):

So, go get one, because there's plenty of cargo to haul on Pilot Edge.
