I want to take off and fly around a class D airport and simulate a flightseeing type of flight.
Would I reguest anything special?
What if I want to fly in the Delta and not really leave the airspace?
OR, what about flying in an out of the delta then what?
Thanks
How would I do "flightseeing" flights at a Class D airport?

Just stay with the tower - that way you can go in and out of the D as needed. Tell them your intentions.

I believe what you are requesting would be the equivalent of a photo shoot or something similar? Generally with helicoptors we ask them to report on station and, if able, let them hover within their specified area of airspace. For fixed wing aircraft, you can make a similar request by specifying where in the airspace you'd like to remain and the controller will either approve or deny it based upon their workload or traffic situation.
A typical request over in my neck of the woods would pilots requesting to orbit the north or south shore of Long Island for pictures, or like I myself once requested from EWR CBA the ability to circle the Statue of Liberty for pictures while in the Skyline Route (bravo transition). It was approved at the time because it could be but it doesn't mean it is something that can and will always happen. Simply make your request and it will be handled on a situation by situation basis.

I did a photo mission for a customer at Lafayette, IN (LAF) at the end of October. I linked the clip here. I'm in N51204. You can hear how the controllers use altitude and position restrictions to keep us out of the way of pattern traffic.
