xsaitekpanels plugin download error

So I was tring to download the xsaitekpanels plugin to test out my Saitek setup in xp10, but I get a "uh-oh something went wrong ERROR 403," when I click on the download link. Any ideas?

HTTP 403 is an error thrown by a webserver that indicates FORBIDDEN. Likely someone fubar'd a config on their end. I'd reach out to the website you're trying to get this file from.

I'm able to get it from http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?app ... file=14646 (requires an org forum login).
