Important Training Pastries

Post by Anthony Santanastaso »

It has come to my attention that a couple of pilots may be missing out on an important aspect of their training....

...Ok, well, maybe this post doesn't actually have anything to do with flying...but...

To the pilot that I worked last evening who hadn't heard of a (tries not to gasp) gannoli (or "cannoli" as yous guys from outside of NY spell it), here is what this delicious delicacy looks like:

Furthermore, if you are IFR training, you should also be well acquainted with rainbow cookies and jelly rings:

It is official (or not) that consuming these products is essential to your pilot training.

So grab a box, perhaps a cup of cawfee ("coffee"), and say "Salud!"

(CAUTION: Excessive consumption may cause a decrease in your overall useful load capabilities)

Figure 20 lbs reduced useful load. 100LL= 6 lbs/gal. 3.3 gallons less fuel = 13 minutes less flight time at 15 g/hr. Totally worth it.
