If someone were to ask me to time an engine failure to occur right as you hit TOGA, I'd say it couldn't easily be done. This was fluke. The plan was to have you single engine on short final so the thrust reverse case would be interesting. I wasn't counting on the go around!

Keith, you *almost* got us convinced you were sorry. I missed the beginning of the stream but joined during the replay/analysis - it was good fun!
