An Airports Capability to Accept Aircraft Types

Post by CaptainMD »

Hello all,

I fly the 737 800 which is considered to be class C. Other than runway distance required which is 5,360 feet, where can I find the most credible resource or which airport document can I use that would tell me if my destination airport can handle my aircraft type?

Thanks in advance

Airports have weight limitations but that's about it. As far as I know company OpSpecs will determine the runway distance requirements. A Part 91 operation will be different than 135/121.
