Subscription coverage area

Post by Mr H »

I was wondering if the borders for the LA coverage area had been changed? I departed San Luis to Paso Robles this morn, and before I got to PR I was disconnected. I tried to reconnect and the little box said that I was outside of the subscription area. I flew the same route the night before and didn’t get booted. Just curious if the coverage area had been changed/adjusted. Thanks

No arguing that point. It’s clearly in the Oakland area. I just was curious why I had been able to fly there before and not been disconnected. No worries, tho. Will find another one to fly to!

There's a thread on the server which checks to verify that people are in the correct area. It occasionally dies (it's a low priority fix). The server was restarted this morning, so the thread was alive and well.
