N72EX crash

Just heard the ATC audio and I believe that the NTSB is going to find IFR conditions and more importantly pilot error as the cause of the crash. I think the pilot flew into the train. I am baffled by why the flight wasn't flown IFR. I know my next flight on the network is going to be IFR from KSNA to KCMA.
