Hi All,
This question arose in connection with CAT 11.
After getting permission to enter the overall San Diego bravo, once in inside if I fly from a sub-bravo through a sub-nobravo to a sub-bravo, do I need to ask for permission to enter the second sub-bravo?
Thanks in advance for your advice,
Lucky

If at any time you exit bravo airspace, you'll need another bravo clearance prior to reentering the bravo airspace.

Thanks, Scott. Interestingly, when I watched one of the YouTube vids on CAT 11, the student, when in the KSAN complex shelf, went from a Class B shelf to a "classless" shelf sandwiched between two Class B shelves, then back into a Class B shelf without asking ATC permission. ATC did not call him out and even ultimately passed him.Scott Medeiros wrote:If at any time you exit bravo airspace, you'll need another bravo clearance prior to reentering the bravo airspace.
