daily recordings on the site, coming soon

For the past couple of weeks, the daily audio recordings have been posted in another thread in this forum. With the introduction of the web interface for browsing hourly archives, we wrestled with what to do with the daily recordings.
While we don't strictly need them for Quality Assurance purposes, we think they have benefit for end users who simply want to hear a long, uninterrupted stretch of high quality ATC recordings.
So, the daily recordings are here to stay. Tim is working on the modification to the interface to check for their presence for any selected day and display the relevant links based on the discovery of those files on the server.
If you're browsing the today's recordings, you'll only see the hourly recordings that have accrued until that point in the time (namely, the recording which starts at the top of the previous hour and covers to the top of the current hour). If you browse the day before, or any time before that, the daily recordings will be available.
We hope everyone enjoys this and encourage you to listen to these from time to time. A lot can be learned from these recordings, even if it wasn't you who was conducting the flights.
