Programming the "push to talk" button on PE

Post by Mr_Mugu »

Hello,

I recently signed up and love the service. Is there is a way to assign PE's "push to talk" feature to a button on my throttle control(Saitek X52) for ease of use?

Many thanks in advance,

Looking through the logs, I'm aware that you have FS9 or FSX as your sim.

There are 3 choices:
1) use software from Saitek to map a button press on the X-52 to a key press. You can then map that key press to the PTT function in the PE client.

2) you can use a registered copy of FSUIPC to trigger the RW_AVC event. The PE client supports those events.

3) you can use a free button/keyboard mapping tool such as Joy2Key or JOKR.
