if you're flying into a non-towered field

The Jan 19 focus flight involves a choice of a towered destination (Bullhead Intl) or a non-towered field (Needles). If you're flying IFR into Needles, and are unfamiliar with cancellation procedures at non-towered fields, I would suggest reading this page on one-in, one-out operations, and why it's helpful to others if you can cancel IFR sooner rather than later. 
Thanks for Alex for pushing me towards including a non-towered field in the focus flight program. I'd been considering it for a while, but didn't feel great about asking everyone to fly there. The compromise of including two nearby destinations, one towered and one non-towered was Alex's idea, and I love it.
