I see the PE Box, I see my Cessna on the Map .... I check voice & audio setup, & it seems to be okay, but no Radio connection, any Idea ?????

You were parked at Monterey (KMRY). That's in the Oakland ARTCC (norcal). Norcal coverage is provided on weekends only. You can check which ARTCC an airport is in by checking the airport stats on airnav.com or skyvector, or you can simply look at our coverage map on the web site.
