Sorry to keep poking, Keith, but now with XSquawkbox 64 bit available, are we any closer to 64 bit for PilotEdge? Just askin'…..not pushin'…..

If you're asking if anything has changed since Wednesday, no, it hasn't :)

The moment I am able to free up some time to do some technical development, this is the highest priority project in the list. I have been working on this when I can, but it's not ready for release.

Looks like the project I'm about to start for commercial development could actually benefit from the development of the 64-bit Mac client. It's not that they need a mac client, but the ability to have the plugin speaking to a bridge application (that's how the 64-bit plugin is going to work with a 32-bit voice library) is definitely needed, and this is a good way to kick start that. So, here goes...

I've always wondered just how fast that is.

The heavy lifting on the development started last night.

Does that mean you get to do the work and bill the hours? As a fellow independent businessman I must say... "I love when that happens!"

It's not happening quite the way you described, but this does get the ball down the field on another project which is required for a commercial project.

Keith, Happy new year. Just curious, any updates on the Mac plugin? I'm missing a huge part of my flight sim experience—live atc. As you are well aware of, I'm sure, more an more of us Macaronis are flying aircraft and plugins that are in the 64 bit space.

Thanks,
Brad
