PEaware: ground elevations have returned

Good news! I finally got off my butt and fixed an issue that had been introduced to the vataware codebase about 18 months ago when I moved servers. Ground elevation parsing is now working again (although I fully expect that at least half of the regular users of vataware/PEaware had no idea it was ever there). You will see ground elevation plotted on the horizontal profiles of all flights. And since the PE dataset is still quite small, I went ahead and caught up all flights in the database, so every PE flight has full elevation data.
