Non PE q.. how can I control 2 eng w/ 1 throttle lever?

Post by cjmodiano »

I want to move up to flying twins, as I'll start on my commercial multi addon in real life in a few weeks, but here's an issue I've never resolved: How do I control both throttles with one throttle lever? I know this isn't totally realistic, but it's my best option with what I have. I have one throttle lever, one prop lever, and one mixture lever, and I'd like for these levers to control functions for both engines. Is there any way to do this in XP?

Of course you can. In X-Plane, just configure your one lever to be the "Throttle" and it will control all throttles.

I have two levers on my stick, I use one to work all throttles and the other to work all props (the blue lever).
